MARKETING AGREEMENT

AGENCY TERMS

You will be liable to pay our fee, in addition to any other costs or charges agreed, if at any time unconditional contracts for the sale of the property have been exchanged, with a purchaser introduced by us during our agency period, or with whom we have had negotiations about your property with during that period; Or, if Sole Agency is selected, with a purchaser introduced by another Agent during that period.

SOLE AGENCY

We will act as your Sole Agents for a minimum period of weeks and will continue thereafter unless either party gives 14 days written notice after the sole agency period. If another agency is appointed the fee will increase to our standard multi-agency rate, indicated below, of the final selling price.

MULTI AGENCY

We will agent until either party gives 14 days written notice.

INTERESTED PARTIES

Have any individuals or parties shown interest in purchasing the property prior to this agreement, privately or through another agent? Please see detailed terms overleaf. Are there any interested parties?

CONNECTED PERSONS AND PERSONAL INTERESTS

The law requires that we declare to prospective purchasers if you are related or connected in business to any member of staff in the Agency or any associated company. Are you aware of any relationship?

SELLERS LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE (if known)

NOTICE OFTHE RIGHT TO CANCEL

If this agreement is concluded in the simultaneous physical presence of the Agent and you the consumer, in a place which is not the business premises of the Agent you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days if you wish. This right can be exercised by delivering, sending or emailing a cancellation notice within the cooling off period. The notice of cancellation is deemed to be served as soon as it is posted or emailed to us. You are at liberty in law to instruct us to begin work immediately on the understanding that you will be liable to pay for work undertaken or services received up to the time of any cancellation

Should there be any changes 1 will notify the Agent in writing/email. I am entitled to sell the property and have read, understood and agree to the terms of this agreement.
