We offer 3 simple service options so you can choose which service is right for you. Tenant find, rent collection or fully managed, we have a service option which will suit your needs.

Fully Managed Landlord Service

This is our most popular option among our Landlords, we will handle everything – before, during and after a tenant has been found. This suits landlords who have limited time to manage their property and those worried about adhering to all the ever-changing legal legislation. All tenants are screened for suitability before submitting them to view and we use a referencing company who follow a very strict criterion. We take care of all the paperwork and once the tenant has moved in, we will take care of any maintenance issues that may arise with a dedicated contact number and email for out of hours problems. Great tenants expect great service and a well-maintained property, and it is vital that we ensure that any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and effectively. We ensure that with regular inspections that any small problems do not develop into a big problem which could end up costing you as the Landlord more money.

Rent Collection Landlord Service

The Rent Collection service suits a landlord who has the time and energy to deal with tenants and their requests but would like support with some of the financial and administrative duties.

We charge a set up for finding the tenant, assisting you with property preparations, interviewing tenants, drawing up the necessary agreements and preparing the inventory.

Since the landlord is responsible for the upkeep of the property, the monthly commission is lower than Fully Managed Service, Holland Properties take responsibility for rent collection and payment to the landlord by BACS.

Let Only Service

Some landlords prefer to be completely hands-on. They are willing to take on the full responsibility of running the tenancy and simply want help finding a suitable tenant.

We advertise the property, accompany prospective tenants on viewings and source the correct references. We charge a set up for finding the tenant, assisting you with property preparations, interviewing tenants, drawing up the necessary agreements and preparing the inventory. After the tenant has moved in everything will then be handed to the Landlord to deal with.
